Frequently asked questions

How do I join / get access?

HFI Connect is for members of Holy Fire Ministries. Sign up in the app with your details; a church administrator reviews and approves new members. You'll be notified once your account is approved.

I'm not receiving notifications.

Make sure notifications are enabled for HFI Connect in your phone's Settings. In the app, open Settings → Notifications → Re-register for push notifications. If it still doesn't work, contact us.

How do I reset my password?

On the login screen tap “Forgot password” and follow the email instructions, or contact us and we'll help you reset it.

How do I delete my account?

In the app, go to Settings → Delete account and confirm. This permanently removes your account and your data. You can also email us from your registered address and we'll delete it for you.

How do I edit my profile, photo, or birthday?

Open Settings → Your profile to update your name, photo, date of birth, and anniversary.
